Not because I don't want to but because, I literally have put it on the bottom of my priority list.
It's frustrating because I have had so many interesting things going on as well as some fun ideas to share with you all!
Right at this very moment, I'm sitting in a pair of yoga pants drinking crappy red wine and realizing that I have so much to do that I don't even deserve to be sitting in my comfy yoga pants and drinking any kind of wine for that matter. My to do list is overwhelming me to the point where I just straight up don't want to do the things I have to do. C'est la vie.
So, today is Wednesday at 10 pm. I have as much desire to talk about my "Wellness Wednesday" (I mean if any of you honestly remember what my little days were at this point) segment as I want to pluck my eyebrows. Here, however, is a little update. The last time I updated all of you was when I ran my first 10K back in August and I was down to a 178 lbs! Since then, I ran the Philly half marathon and finished in 2 hours and 50 mins, way slower than I anticipated, but I finished! After the race, I was down to my lowest weight I have ever been, 167 lbs! I lost a total 25 lbs since I started this blog!
Alas, a whirlwind winter and holiday festivities has lead to a weight gain. (eye roll) I recently weighed in at 173 lbs but I have started running again. I tell you what, it still sucks big buttholes! Plus, It's too fucking cold to run outside, I'm sorry, but I see these "dedicated" individuals and all I see is people who clearly look like they are running from a mental institution. That is the only logical explanation I can make for those fucking ass clowns. It 20 degrees out and you're wearing shorts. You have to be insane, one, and two you are clearly running from something.
